Every precious metal behaves differently. Sterling silver, 14k gold-filled and solid gold all need different welding settings, heat levels and techniques, and even the thickness of a chain changes how it needs to be worked. It’s a bit like cooking, the same ingredients can turn out completely differently depending on how you handle them.

Leila has been trained on welding settings and over time has perfected her methods to ensure the best results, she won’t leave a weld unless it’s perfect (if you’ve ever been in with us, you’ll know what we’re talking about!)
